Whether you prefer the dirt or the tarmac, novice or expert, Fit 2 Ride offers fitness programs and personal training that get you into right gear. I have been riding and racing mountain and road bikes for over 20 years, I can offer you both online and one to one training programs, that will get you to the finish line. Strength training is one of the keys to get you riding better for longer. I have trained 100's of cyclists from novices to experts, and have full understanding of the strength demands that cycling puts on the body.
Programs offered The Basics - If you have never ridden a bike before then this is the one for you. 6 x 1 hour one-on-one training sessions to teach you how to ride a bike, change gear and even what to wear. Conducted at Centennial Park, Sydney NSW The Mountains - 5 x 1 hour one-on-one skills sessions to help you ride your mountain bike over the rough stuff with confidence. Conducted at Manly Dam, Sydney NSW The Road - If you are looking for the confidence to ride in a bunch then this is for you. 3 x 1 hour sessions on the bike, to build your confidence and bunch riding techniques. Conducted at Centennial Park, Sydney NSW The Strength - An aching back will ruin a good day on the bike. I offer a complete weights training plan to get you stronger all over.
