Programs offered The Beginners slope - Try our 6 week Beginners Program to help you get your body ready to get down the mountain in one piece. This program offers basic cardiovascular and strength training, as well as core conditioning exercises. (Available online or as a one-on-one program) The Black Run - Our 12 week Black Run is a great program that offers intermediate to advanced training techniques that will take your ski trip to a new level. All programs are based on individual assessment and goals. (Available online or as a one-on-one program) The Double Black Diamond - 12 weeks of one-on-one Personal training sessions that will get you to the bottom on the mountain in the best shape of your life.
